Plan for Special Days at Fursdon

It’s never to early to plan to spend a ‘special’ afternoon at Fursdon in the coming season.
Sunday 29th April. Fursdon’s Open Afternoon will be dedicated to Bluebells with the woodland walk open in addition to the lovely gardens. There will be cream teas and other tasty treats with tours of the house. We are open from 2-5pm with house tours at 2.30 and 3.30pm.
Monday 28th May. The Spring Bank holiday Open Afternoon will be supporting Meadow and Bees. The wonderful wild orchids will (hopefully) be out in the meadow garden. Teas and tours will also be available as above.
Friday 1st June. Today the gardens will be open for Hospicare and teas will also be served. there will also be house tours.
9th & 10 June and 8th and 9th September. Two weekends will be dedicated to the NGS charities in 2018.
Sunday 5th August. This is our trees and woodland afternoon with walks and talks, teas and tours.
Thursdays 6th and 13th September. Heritage Open Days. A great opportunity to take a tour of Fursdon for FREE. We are opening on two afternoons this year so that more people can take the tours. The gardens are open and cream Teas and treats will also be on sale.
Do come. You will be made very welcome!
