We are delighted to open our gardens once again in aid of Hospiscare as part of a charity afternoon at Fursdon on Wednesday 26th July, 2-5pm.
This excellent local charity has been supporting people with life-limiting illnesses for almost 40 years, providing support at home, a specialist palliative day ward, day hospices and end-of-life care to terminally ill patients in the Exeter, Mid and East Devon areas.
Supporting over 2,000 people each year, in some of the hardest times possible, Hospiscare needs to raise around £8 million a year to continue to provide care, and relies on the generous support of local people and communities.
With all garden ticket proceeds going to Hospiscare on the day, this is a fabulous way for visitors to lend their support to this charity while enjoying the peaceful hillside gardens at Fursdon.
Last year, we were overwhelmed by the support given by visitors and were delighted to raise a record £846!
Please note that Season Tickets are not accept season tickets on charity open days.
Our Coach Hall tea-room will be open as usual selling homemade teas. Additionally, the house will be open for tours. Please find out more about our Opening Times & Prices.
We look forward to welcoming you!
