How to find us
From the M5 – 14 miles
Take exit 27 off the motorway and follow the signs to Tiverton along a dual carriageway. From Tiverton follow the signs on the A396 to Bickleigh (about six miles) and at The Trout Inn turn sharp right and bear left onto the A3072 towards Crediton. About two miles from Bickleigh and shortly after the crossroads at The Blue Cross Kennels, Fursdon House is signposted to the left where it is about three-quarters of a mile up the lane. Pass the white gates to Fursdon House and take next left over the cattle grid. The Car Park is at the top of the drive on the left. Follow the drive down to the courtyard gate at the back of the main house where you will be met and can unload your luggage.
From Exeter – 10 miles
Take the A396 towards Tiverton and after about seven miles turn left to the village of Thorverton. Turn right in the centre of the village opposite the Thorverton Arms passing the church on your left and follow the signs to Fursdon. After about a mile take the righthand fork which is signposted to Fursdon where it is about a mile further up the lane. Enter by the first gate over the cattle grid and follow instructions above.
