We invite you to stay in The Park or The Garden, two completely private wings of our historic manor house or Fursdon Cottage, a refurbished former gardener's cottage, a short walk from the main house. Our holiday accommodation is set in a 750 acre traditional farming estate in some of the most glorious countryside in Devon.

The self catering Park and Garden Wings are on the first floor of the manor house, reached by walking through an ancient cobbled courtyard. We have taken great care to preserve the traditional feel of a country house but twenty first century comfort is important too! Fursdon Cottage is a detached stone cottage with its own garden to enjoy. It has been completely renovated and now provides contemporary yet characterful accommodation.
The elegant and spacious Park Wing enjoys spectacular views over traditional parkland and beyond to Dartmoor as doesthe stylishly refurbished Fursdon Cottage. By contrast the Garden Wing is almost like a self-contained cottage within a lovely walled garden.
Logs from the estate are provided for open fires and the book shelves are full with a good selection of books for you to read. Comfy sofas and window seats with fabulous views complete this perfect picture of relaxation. Your peace is only disturbed by birdsong and the occasional tractor.
You are welcome to wander in the beautiful gardens and take walks across the estate. There are swings and a barbecue,ponies and sheep to see.
