General Booking details
- Weekly bookings are taken from Friday to Friday
- Short breaks can be from Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights)
- Short breaks are not normally available at Easter, school summer holidays or at Christmas and New Year
To make a booking
- Firstly please check availability by telephone or e-mail
- Telephone bookings will be held for 48 hours
- When you know that your preferred dates are available complete booking form found in the Booking section and click to send online.
- 25% deposit is required to secure your booking
- All payments can be made over the telephone via Streamline or by cheque
- Confirmation and a receipt will be sent
- Full amount is required when booking if your holiday starts in less than 4 weeks or for short breaks.
- The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. Please telephone the office to make your payment or send a cheque.
- No reminders or receipts for balances are sent!

Before you arrive
- Your accommodation will be ready from 2.00pm
- It is most convenient to us if we can welcome you and show you to your apartment between 2pm and 5pm. Please arrange your estimated arrival time with the office
- If you are delayed on your journey please let us know
Personal note from Catriona
It is helpful if arrival times can be fairly accurate as I may need to be working out on the estate and it ensures that I will be back at the house to greet you!
When it's time to go
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10am on the day of your departure.
