General Booking details
- Weekly bookings are taken from Friday to Friday
- Short breaks can be from Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights)
- Short breaks are not normally available at Easter, school summer holidays or at Christmas and New Year
To make a booking
If you wish to make an online booking please use the side tab Availability and online booking and follow the instructions or use the link from either Fursdon Cottage, the Park Wing or Garden Wing.
If you wish to make a manual booking please follow the instructions below:-
- Firstly please check availability by telephone or e-mail.
- Telephone bookings will be held for 48 hours.
- When you know that your preferred dates are available please download and complete booking form and post to us.
- 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- All payments can be made over the telephone with a debit or credit card or by cheque.
- Confirmation and a receipt will be sent to you.
- The full amount is required when booking if your holiday starts in less than 4 weeks or for short breaks.
- The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. Please telephone the office to make your payment or send a cheque.
- No reminders or receipts for balances are sent!
- Your accommodation in the Park Wing will be ready from 2.00pm and in Fursdon Cottage from 4pm.
- It is most convenient to us if we can welcome you and show you to your apartment between 2pm and 5pm. Please arrange your estimated arrival time with the office well in advance.
- If you are delayed on your journey please let us know.
When it's time to go
Please be ready to leave your accommodation in the Park or Garden Wings by 10am on the day of your departure or by 12 noon if you are staying in Fursdon Cottage.
