Booking Terms and Conditions

  • In the event of a cancellation, the total cost is payable, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation in which case your money will be refunded less an administration fee of £20. You are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

  • The accommodation in the Park Wing or Garden Wing may be occupied from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Fursdon Cottage is available from 4pm and must be vacated by 12 noon at the latest on the day of departure.

  • The arrival time should be arranged in advance. Please arrange your estimated time with Catriona and inform her of any changes, to ensure she will be available when you arrive.

  • While respecting your privacy we reserve the right to access at all times, if necessary, for repairs and emergencies etc.

  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the holiday accommodation. Guests are asked to smoke away from the buildings and outside the courtyard because of flammable gas and oil storage

  • The properties are thoroughly cleaned between bookings and we ask you to ensure that the property and its contents are clean and tidy when you depart.

  • Please let us know of any damage or breakages so that we can repair or replace for the next visitors. We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage caused during your stay.

  • Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the property is taken for holiday purposes only and that, excepting babies, the number of people in each property is limited to that shown on the booking form.

  • We regret we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to belongings or for any injury sustained while you are at Fursdon.
